5.1 If we feel that the information posted on the website is unsuitable and or offensive (see Guide to Young Peoples Responsibilities and Conduct and Guide Event Organiser responsibilities and conduct) or has breached the acceptable use we may take such action, as we deem appropriate.

5.2 if you fail to work within the Acceptable Use Policy, it means you have not met the conditions of registration that you signed up to.

5.3 If the actions are seen to be under law, we may take further legal action. Or we may take all or any of the following actions:

5.3.1 Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our sites; 5.3.2 Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded by you to our sites;

5.3.3 Issue of a warning to you;

5.3.4 Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach;

5.3.5 Further legal action against you; and

5.3.6 Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.

5.4 We exclude all liability for any losses you may incur as a result of any action we may take in response to breaches of this Acceptable Use Policy.

5.5 The responses described in this policy are not limited, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.
